Venefirous Sanitas

I am trying to get Venefirous Sanitas to make a poison apple to poison the bishop with.
She tells me that I need to collect the items to make the apple, but she never tells me what I need to collect.
Can someone please tell me what I need to collect?
I tried getting a wax apple, sapphire gem, but am unable to do so, as I am not evil and cannot get the characters to talk to me about those items.

Seems this is an old npc that no longer functions, the bishop is auto healed/poisoned every 2 hours now.
